Moises was extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I in buying our new Honda CRV. We test drove a model and while we discussed I mentioned a white model EX with gray or black interior would be better than the maroon and gray. We test drove the maroon and when I got back Moises pulled around the exact model I wanted. They work with USAA pricing which is great and gave a fair price for our trade in. I would recommend.

I thought I needed a new electric steering wheel unit because my steering wheel warning light kept coming on my dash board. I brought my car in to the Hendrick service department and after thoroughly examining my car with a variety of tests, they determined my electric steering was fine. At the end of the day they could have charged me for some serious shop time as they had my car there for three hours plus. I was very thankful when at the end of the day my bill was zero.

Terrible service department, I bought my car from them a year ago & the battery went dead...i’ve been calling spoke to the used cars sales manager he said get the battery replaced and they would refund me. I have been trying to get in contact with him and it’s nearly impossible. He also said that the service manager agreed that the battery shouldn’t have gone bad after them changing it and it only being a year. i left a voicemail for the service manager at 10am, never received a call back...4 hours go by & I drive to ...

I was able to make an appointment for an oil change at a convenient day and time. The work was completed in a reasonable period of time and at a reasonable price. I drove out a satisfied customer.
