When we visiting Hedrick Honda we were instantly greeted by a sale person. She asked us what brought us to Hedrick and how she could be a service. Being that first impressions are lasting impressions, that was a great start to our experience. Katie Sanders was awesome. She began by asking us what we were looking for and what options we were interested in. She knew a lot about the vehicles we were considering and we were able to make a determination of what we wanted to look at pretty easily after listening to her. We asked to drive the Hybrid Honda Accord Touring, and she went to pick up the car while we waited. The car was amazing. She knew about all the features of the car, which led me to ask her time with Hedrick. She said she had been working for them for 6-months, which was a shock due to her knowledge level. Once returning from our test drive we were interested in looking at the numbers. The numbers they came back with, were better than we expected as we were looking at other Hybrids which were a little more money. It was a no brainer. We consider Honda Financing, however we chose to do our own through our bank which made the process seamless. Then once the numbers and paperwork for what we wanted was done, we were able to meet one of the sales managers who came out to meet us. Then the Finance Manager Martin came to verify everything before transitioning us to his office where we were met with a huge desk sized computer screen which all the documentation was reviewed and signed. Never seen technology like this, and it greatly added to the overall Hedrick Honda experience for us. We highly recommend Hedrick Honda if you are in the market for a new Honda vehicle.
I?ve never had such a positive experience at a dealership before. They worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and for a great deal. Everyone was nice and patient. Chris and Bobby are awesome and I?d buy a car from them again in the future. Best Honda I?ve been to!
