total satisfaction! Over 1460 customers responded in 2007.

On 11 of the 12 ISKY questions we averaged over 90%
total Satisfaction! 1460 customers!

Top Salespeople in Customer Satisfaction
David Alami with a record 151 surveys at 97.2%
total satisfaction higher than the district, zone and national averages. * 300 sales with two weeks to go in 2007
Clyde Parks was also a high performer with 94 surveys in at 97.6% total satisfaction
Both are going on the Champions trip and being recognized for their achievements this year along with our top Pre-Owned performer Bobby Wildberger

Finance ISKY
Ary Dosky leads the board in customer satisfaction for the Finance and Insurance Department with 97.6% total satisfaction for the Finance Department on over 240 surveys and 96.6 total satisfaction with entire purchase experience.

Service CSE
Our Service Department for the year is up over a full 1 ½% over last year for total satisfaction and scores higher than the region district and nation in all measured areas including response rates.
